BRENT FRANCESE

Graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from NC State University in 2005, I began my career in Asheville, NC, working on design/build high end residential projects before moving into multifamily and mixed-use projects in Raleigh, NC.

In 2014, I co-founded Runologie in downtown Raleigh, building a retail and community platform around running. After selling the business in 2019, I returned to architecture and development with a broader perspective on the intersection of design, brand, and culture.

My work now currently spans architecture, development, and brand systems.
